How billing works
How am I billed?
Once a month, for the month before: your plan's fee, any add-ons and any usage above what your plan includes. With a card on file the invoice is paid automatically; otherwise it's emailed to you to pay online.
Do you bill in Malaysian ringgit?
Yes. Choose Malaysia as your billing country and you're billed in MYR. Malaysian Service Tax (SST) is added to each invoice as its own line, with our SST registration number. You can pay by card or by FPX online banking. Vantiqo in Malaysia.
Do you bill in Singapore dollars?
Yes, where a plan is priced in SGD. Choose Singapore as your billing country and you're billed in SGD; GST is shown on invoices where applicable, and you can pay by card or, where offered, PayNow. Add your UEN in Settings and it's printed on your invoices. Vantiqo in Singapore.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your plan simply carries on and billing starts that day — or choose another plan before it ends. During the trial nothing is billed.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in Settings → Workspace & plan. Upgrades apply at once (this month's fee is split by days); a cheaper plan starts on the 1st of next month if what you use fits in it.
Do you have a partner programme?
Yes — resellers and managed-service providers get partner prices, their own branded portal and a sign-up link for their customers. Read about partners.
